About this job
Our housing client is currently looking for a temp to hire Maintenance Tech.
- Must be comfortable entering resident homes for installs and repairs
- Need to be able to communicate professionally with homeowners
- 1-3 years experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified
- Need to have own vehicle to travel between units
- Candidate would be required to supply own tools
- Must be open to overtime
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
