Recruiter needed for site in Valhalla, NY Great Long Term Opportunity First Shift Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
The Recruiter role will be responsible for-
-posting ads to job boards
-use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
-conducting pre screen interviews
-conducting reference checks
-conduct follow up calls with candidate
-proficiency in MS Office and Internet Saavy
-meeting established weekly metrics for calls, submittals, interviews, and placements
-2 + years recruiting experience required
Background Check and Drug Screen required
