This role serves as the relationship manager for a yet to be developed book of business. This multi-faceted roll includes input on the structure of the organization's account management department as well as individual contributions towards customer retention and escalated customer service (once book has been established). This includes servicing of medical and ancillary products that contribute to the continued growth, profitability, and enhancing customer retention.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Input on developing account management structure

  • Experience with operational execution

  • Agency selection and training

  • Medical and Ancillary renewals (2-99)

  • Provides critical input to solve organizational challenges as the company grows

  • Will serve as contact for escalated service situations

  • Communicates important information with agencies

  • Leads and/or supports strategic and tactical projects across business segments

  • Develops presentations/materials and presents to agents/customers

  • Gathers feedback and makes recommendations for process enhancements to drive consistent and better delivery solutions and develop trusted partnerships

  • Develops innovative approaches to improve agency and agent experience

  • Acts as a business expert to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 4+ years of industry experience

  • Excellent group benefits and marketplace dynamics knowledge

  • Ability to work independently

  • Organized with strong computer skills
