We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Invoice Administrator (Part-time).

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Legal Invoicing Administrator (Part-time: 25-30 hours per week, Temp - Perm) Responsibilities: *Receive and process all incoming invoices to Excel tracker and update tracker as invoices are processed. *Route invoices to correct team member for approval processing or route to approvers directly. *Research problems with invoices and work with outside counsel on discrepancies, inaccuracies or other problems with invoices. *Respond to inquiries from outside counsel regarding payments. *Enter invoice details into SAP/SRM system for payment by accounts payable department *Assist Legal admin with administrative tasks when requested Qualifications: *3-5 years of related experience with legal invoicing or other general legal department processing *Able to maintain strict confidentiality with all communications, information and /or documents. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills Responsive and service-oriented attitude. *Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, and demanding work environment. *Experience or familiarity with legal invoice documentation preferred. *Knowledge of MS Outlook. Expertise in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
