Wayzata Home Laundry & Dry Cleaners
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. They work directly with our customers and identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag them in, while inputting that information into the computerized register.
Excellent communication, listening and computer skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regular interruptions. Needs to demonstrate good teamwork and work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
Position requires candidate to stand and walk the majority of assigned shift. Must be able to hear, speak and effectively verbally communicate in the English language, including following oral and written instructions, in order to communicate with people inside and outside the company.
