Mgr, CSE Product - P138411 - Full-time

The CSE Systems, Data Management and PM&I team is looking for a talented product manager for our data and reporting systems. Youll lead the project, business efforts and requirements for our internally developed award winning systems (DataNow, iPeform, QMS, Rumble, Linkd, etc.). Youll work closely with CSE Sr. leadership, management and end users to define technical solutions to serve operational needs and opportunities.A successful candidate will be driven by innovation and exceeding our customers needs. This role is a product leadership role and not engineer/developer focused. Similarly were looking for a candidate who can self-identify business opportunity and need then generate a solution for the demand across CSE.Youll manage the entire customer lifecycle of our data and reporting systems. Supporting design, testing, release management and post implementation customer support. Ensuring the solutions not only meet the specifications of our customers but that were supporting their strategic implementation and ensuring YoY efficacy. Promote a risk-aware culture; ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

SkillsTeam lead experience delivering customer driven solutionsExcellent communication/decision making/presentation skillsAgile certified or similar experienceTrack record of proven thought and results leadership on large scale reporting/data systems.Familiar with call center operations lifecycle
