Product Support Specialist (PLAD) for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Gloucester, MA
What You'll Be Doing:
- Technical support to the Field
- Travel to customer sites
- Resolution of difficult system down situations.
- Duties / Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work off shift hours
- Travel to customer site on short notice for machine down, upgrades and retrofits.
- Provide technical input for system spares consumable & Technical publications
- Develop & publish Product Support Bulletins & Memos
- Support on customer conference calls
- 25% Travel (could increase to 50% during initial adoption phase); Flexible to support extended on site support for as long as 4 weeks.
What you need to bring to the table:
- AS Electromechanical Technology or equivalent military experience.
- Two to five (2-5) years Ion Implant hands on system troubleshooting.
- Hands on trouble shooting experience with Ion Implant / Plasma Vacuum
- Associates or Equivalent / Military
- Valid Passport
