About this job
We are currently looking for production team leads to fulfill a large increase in production at a manufacturing facility in Athens, TN. This will be a full time position which will offer between 15 to 25 hours of overtime a week.
Ideal candidates must have experience with 5S or Kaizan, and will have experience organizing 5S and Kaizan events. Team leads will be over 15-25 employees and will have the responsibilities of hiring, firing, training, and managing daily work orders for employees.
There will be 1st and 2nd shifts available
