The Sales Training and HR Operations Specialist will provide training support with managing all logistics for sales training; including preparing new hire sales training agendas, organizing group dinners and making hotel accommodations. The Specialist will assist the HR team with the hiring process; and, will also support the onboarding of new sales hires; including, background checks, drug screens and vendor clearance verifications.

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare for training classes by managing all logistics for new hire sales reps and organizing all training materials; including, distribution of Phase I training agenda, uploading and maintaining training assessments in Class Marker, scheduling webinars, inviting external speakers, coordinating RSM/TRS facilitators when needed, and managing presentations
*Manage Request-for-Proposals for hotels and partner with legal to ensure a fully executed agreement. Establish ground transportation for arrivals, departures and events
*Provide off-site meeting management for annual sales meetings. Manage group room blocks and meeting space, review banquet event orders.
*Post-event follow-up with trainees, speakers and vendors. Ensure that honorarium payments are processed in a timely manner.
*Monitor and track testing and documentation for field sales relative to outside vendor credentialing at hospitals.
*Assist HR with the hiring process; including, scheduling interviews and putting together offer letters and exit paperwork.
*Support HR with background checks, pre-employment assessments and vendor clearance letters.
*Manage expense reports, travel and ad hoc projects for AD, Sales Training and Development and DCO's.


Requirements :

*A BA/BS is required or equivalent experience, plus 3-5 years meeting logistics management experience, (including: travel arrangements, hotel contracting, ground transportation, and catering contracting).)
*Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry strongly preferred.
*Prior experience managing vendors and contractors
*Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time, and meet project/report deadlines.
*Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
*Advanced knowledge of computer software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email/electronic scheduling required
