Gude Self Storage has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Manager to work five days a week including Saturdays and Sundays at our Rockville, Maryland storage facility.
Successful applicants for this position must have strong customer service and sales skills with experience in a retail, customer service, leasing or an administrative office environment. Ideal applicant must be organized, have strong computer skills, and be able to work independently, as well as taking direction and working as a member of a team. This opening includes the responsibilities of leasing storage units, selling boxes and packing supplies, answering telephone calls, making collection calls, collecting rent, maintaining accurate records and cleaning and maintaining the physical building and grounds of the property.
The hours of the position are daytime hours, require working full days shifts (no split shifts) and include weekend hours as follows:
Sunday: 10: a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Plus 3 week days from: Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Applicants must have a vehicle.
Salary: $22,880, plus incentives and benefits.
