Aerotek CE is seeking a Document Control Specialist for a growing company in Portland, OR. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process, distribute, and maintain controlled documentation using a document control system.
  • Process documents for revision and approval.
  • Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents.
  • Provide back up support to the administrative team and additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with good documentation practices, specifically attention to detail
  • Strong communication, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner
  • Follow instructions/schedules/ timelines and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information in a fast paced working environment
  • PC skills and demonstrated experience utilizing multiple word-processing and database applications including MS Office applications Word, Excel, Access, as well as Adobe Acrobat, etc. is required.
  • Successful candidates will be professional, well-organized, and eager to both learn and be challenged.
