Qualifications

For this inbound Customer Service position great candidates must have:
A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude.
An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be proficient at keyboarding/typing.
Thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
A High School Diploma or a GED is a requirement for this position.

Work Schedule:
Part-Time 29 hours per week between the hours of 5:00-2:00 PM and 8:00-5:00 PM.
Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs.
Training for this position starts on July 27, 2015.
