We have a full-time/part-time opening for a AP/AR Office Admin.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
We are looking for an energetic and dependable person with a can-do attitude, willing to handle a wide variety of tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations in all aspects of property acquisition and management. We need someone punctual with a professional demeanor and a strong work ethic,someone with a track record of stability in their previous employment.
Primary Skills:
accounts payable and receivable
drafting leases
some reception duties
Secondary Skills:
Strong computer skills. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite a must. Adobe and Access experience a plus.
* Basic bookkeeping skills. Knowledge of Quicken a plus.
* Great organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
