Job Summary
The HR Associate will provide a full range of HR support involving sensitive and confidential information. This is a full-time temporary position (4+ months) working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
* Contact job candidates, determine availability and schedule telephone and on-site job interviews. Handle interview logistics including travel arrangements, ordering lunches, scheduling rooms, etc.
* Initiate various background checks and professional references. Report results in a timely manner. May update candidate record in Applicant Tracking System.
* Post and manage job advertisements at the request of HR Business Partner or Recruiter.
* Screen job candidates by confirming education and experience, discussing position responsibilities, verifying candidate availability and salary expectations.
* May coordinate and schedule pre-employment testing at occupational health clinic.
* Support the activities of new employee orientation. Prepare materials, schedule conference room.
* Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports as needed.
* Prepare, organize and file confidential HR/Payroll documents.
* Make copies, fax documents and performs other administrative functions.
* Other duties as assigned.

* A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
* 2-3 years of experience working in a fast paced HR Department is preferred.
