Bookkeeper - Costing

Our hospitality manufacturing client is looking for a Bookkeeper with costing experience to be part of their growing team.

Job Duties:
  • Manage Clients orders, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain Purchase and Disbursement Sales and Receipts for the Client orders
  • Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Develop costing for products and projects
  • Create basic financial reports and projections
  • Payroll processing is not required

    Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel no macros) and QuickBooks is a must.
  • Experience developing costing in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Meticulously organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skill
  • Relaxed but professional demeanor
  • Strong work ethic, client service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professional integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task effectively with multiple Clients orders
  • Good Interpersonal skills while dealing with Clients over the phone and in person
