Bookkeeper - Costing
Our hospitality manufacturing client is looking for a Bookkeeper with costing experience to be part of their growing team.
Job Duties:
Manage Clients orders, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain Purchase and Disbursement Sales and Receipts for the Client orders
Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations
Reconcile bank accounts
Develop costing for products and projects
Create basic financial reports and projections
Payroll processing is not required
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel no macros) and QuickBooks is a must.
Experience developing costing in a manufacturing environment preferred
Meticulously organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skill
Relaxed but professional demeanor
Strong work ethic, client service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain the highest level of professional integrity and confidentiality
Ability to multi-task effectively with multiple Clients orders
Good Interpersonal skills while dealing with Clients over the phone and in person
