Red Brick is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the service team throughout the St. Louis portfolio.An ideal candidate will be a specialist in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and also be able to work independently on projects in a timely and efficient manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Team player with an ability to adapt to a changing environment
Posses knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC
Manage and prioritize projects on a weekly basis, as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
A broad understanding of city permitting/inspection processes
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Have a valid driver's license and means of transportation during work hours
Experience with historic buildings and commercial/residential real estate a plus
Part-time contract, contract-to-hire or full-time employment options available.
