About this job
We are looking for an additional full time team member to assist with various office tasks, greet customers, and handle order processing. While you will be customer service, you will occasionally assist our shipping team as well.
We want someone with a great personality that can fit right in with our VIP family. We all work hard here, but we like to have fun together as well. The right fit is important to us!
Job Requirements:
Minimum High School Degree.
Punctual and timely.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
Excel and Word is a must
Type Speed 50 wpm or greater.
Able to take direction and accomplish tasks.
Works well with others and in teams.
Great with customers in person and over the phone.
Able to humbly and willingly accept constructive criticisms.
Ability to self regulate and stay on task. There is always something to be done!

Process orders and help customers with order questions or concerns.
Fax, email, and contact customers.
Work with Office Managers to accomplish various office tasks.
File and organize invoices and other paperwork.
Help customers with questions or concerns.
