About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Call Center Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays.
Wage: $10- $ 24 depending on experience
Requirements
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
Receive and communicate the appropriate answer on all customer service inquiries
Enter data in the computer to maintain logs and activity
Maintain effective relationships with customers
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer questions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements of the Call Center Representative:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Background and drug screening required
