We are hiring Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders for our brand new Moe's Southwest Grill fast casual dining food court. Our sparkling, new location includes a JAMBA JUICE, AUNTIE ANNE'S and CARVEL EXPRESS alongside our MOE'S.

Will you always do the right thing, even when no one is watching?
The ideal candidates will have experience assisting the General Manager/Assistant Managers in directing all functions of a QSR. You must be a team-oriented leader and a confident decision-maker.
Responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Set the example in maintaining efficient and accurate service while demonstrating only the highest levels of customer service.
* Execute cash management duties; familiarity with POS system reports.
* Able to maintain profitable food and labor costs.
* Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline associates in a manner that maximizes crew retention.
* Understand par levels and inventory procedures.
* Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Reliable transportation.
* Ability to multi-task is essential
* Responsible to open and/or close shifts with no supervision.
* Must be dependable and punctual. Work week will be 5 days, 45-50 hours.
* Assistant Managers must have a minimum 2 years' experience; shift leaders must have at least 1 year of experience.
