Assistant Manager

MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes is a fast-casual, "better burger" concept offering mouthwatering made-to-order burgers, French fries hand cut from Idaho potatoes, and real ice cream shakes. We are actively expanding in the northeast and are looking to fill multiple positions in Westchester County, NY - specifically Briarcliff Manor and Larchmont.

Job Description: Assistant Restaurant Manager and/or Shift Leader.

We are seeking Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. We are looking for self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing people who can help lead a team of energetic and diligent employees. You should have a passion for fresh, quality food and an eagerness to provide exceptional customer service. Managers will be expected to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, so strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills are essential. Managers are expected to lead by example and promote the culture and values of MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes to its team members. The Manager will report directly to the GM and/or restaurant owner.

** Must be able to close at nights and work weekends. 

** Must be able to effectively manage employees and be a clear leader.

** Must be able to clearly communicate with customers and address issues as they arise.

** Must be able to lead by example and train employees as needed.

** Prior fast-casual experience is a huge plus!
