REQUIRED:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or similar or equivalent experience
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
Proven knowledge of and experience in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis in the IT or software development industries
Must understand software quality, testing and quality assurance
Must have familiarity with software development methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and databases
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools and systems
Strong organizational skills

OVERVIEW:
As a Financial and Resource Analyst you will work in an innovative and progressive team providing accurate and data based information and reports to give leadership insight to financial and resource status. You will optimize the data reconciliation process across systems, ensuring discrepancies are corrected.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner closely with finance, business and engineering teams to determine reporting needs
Reconcile data across systems and optimize the reconciliation processes
Maintain data across systems, ensuring discrepancies are resolved
Provide ongoing forecasting and actuals analysis, taking into account organizations goals and financial standing
Summarize data into reports and provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
Analyze current processes and drive improvements
Assist with determining deliverable requirements
Assist with project planning
Assist with accomplishing initiative deliverables
