Will be responsible for taking inbound calls from Comcast customers inquiring about Cable, Phone,and Internet services and will be responsible for upselling to Residential Comcast Customers, will be mostly inbound calls.
Must be able to close over 38% of the call volume.
Qualifications:
6mo-1yr of sales and call center experience preferred.
