This sixteen-year old company provides post-graduate training to professionals in the form of special training institutes in locations worldwide.

We are looking for an outstanding, exceptional candidate. Candidates should only apply if they meet our education requirements listed below, have outstanding work habits, and have exceptionally excellent written and verbal skills, who will appear professional to our doctoral level customers.

Hours:

Approximately 20-36 Hours per week, five days a week; hours may start lower and increase after training;
approximate probable schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM (May vary based upon employees preference).

Location: Arroyo Grande, CA (Near Pismo Beach)

Education: Bachelors Degree Required; Masters Degree a plus.
Particularly relevant degrees are Psychology, Counseling,
Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources,
Public Relations, Marketing, Masters of Business Administration or Education.

Job Duties:
Advises students on curriculum, composes detailed written correspondence, takes telephone registrations for courses, sends confirmation letters, conducts only occasional sales calls with potential corporate purchasers of consulting and educational services, sends book and video orders, completes continuing education applications, enters student information in databases, schedules events with hotels, completes student transcript records, edits articles, may assist with research, fields calls from potential clients and current faculty, social media management, graphic design, possibly represents the organization at trade shows, and completes other administrative requests of the President of the organization. Position begins with relatively straightforward tasks and gradually increases in complexity and responsibility with experience.

Competitive Salary, $18-20/hour to start (depending on experience and education) with regular salary increases with excellent performance.
