About this job
1. Ensure that the customer is the #1 priority and that every guest is treated accordingly.
2. Manage the first 5 Moments of Magic:
a. The cook line - stocked and ready to serve.
b. The cooler - orderly
c. The dishes - clean & presentable
d. The food - cooked according to standards
e. The presentation of the plate
3. Communicate with Country Restaurant Manager.
4. Maintain a working relationship with entire Country Restaurant staff.
5. Set up food line according to restaurant guidelines.
6. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
7. Follows recipes, portion control and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
8. Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
9. Assists with the cleaning sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
10. Follow all guidelines and procedures outlined in department and health and safety manuals and as set by the Country Restaurant Manager.
11. Performs other duties as needed or assigned
