Our client in Grand Prairie is looking for a
Sales And Operations Coordinator
This position requires an experienced Operations and Customer Service professional who can manage the large flow of documentation from the Field Sales teams. Project Management in a manufacturing environment experience a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the order to installation process flow of product for pending installations.
- Manage all relevant sales documentation that must be returned to HQ for each closed sale, including contracts and financing documentation
- Manage and deposit funds received from close sales in the field in a timely and responsible fashion
- Interact with lending partners regarding documentation needs
- Resolve any escalated Customer Service.
- Support National Install Manager on any Install-related scheduling or customer service
