The Assistant Branch Manager assists in the management and direction of the branch to ensure positive revenue generation, providing the highest standard of customer service, general safety and continued excellence in productivity. The Assistant Branch Manager identifies areas of improving its competitive position as well as maximizing the profitability of the work location. Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Customer service, management and sales experience required, preferably from within the industrial services/equipment sector Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles Project a professional attitude and behavior Possess excellent communications skills with the ability to engage in natural verbal interactions with customers Consistent and proven sales skill set Decisive problem-solving and decision-making skills Properly managing employees including training, employee development, setting expectations and disciplining Must have basic computer skills and prior usage of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) programs within a work environment Must be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management due to operational and sales needs Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends and overtime
