The Assistant Manager's daily routine and assignments consistently require skill and knowledge closely related to the position of the Store Manager, with full responsibility of the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include heavy lifting, unloading freight, operating a forklift and working in the Tire shop. Agriculture background, supervisory and hardlines experience preferred. Candidates must be committed to providing exemplary customer service.
