Lab Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Second Shift Position Available Job Duties: Perform machining tests in a productive and safe manner Monitor experiments, make observations, calculate and record results, and develop conclusions Keep detailed logs of all performed work Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure quality Create and maintain data in Microsoft Excel Maintain cleanliness of laboratory and related equipment Perform other related duties as needed Qualifications: HS diploma or GED Mechanical Engineering or some lab related experience preferred Knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to: Perform machining tests Design components and test fixtures Keep records Work in a team environment, but with initiative and able to work independently Communicate effectively Have an eagerness to learn new capabilities and skills Be able to calculate simple algebraic equations Working knowledge of Excel and similar programs
