About this job

Seeking 250+ customer service representatives for a large call center coming to downtown Syracuse. Employee will take inbound calls from consumers seeking assistance on medical devices. Shifts will be divided up between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm.

Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of call center experience (IT or technical support preferred)
* Ideally looking for someone with some sort of medical background
* Ability to work in a fast paced but customer oriented environment
* Strong technical background is a must
* Strong written and communication skills
