What you will be doing
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to IHR's high standards of quality.
- Be responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms.
Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable of event menu items, their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods.
- Basic English language communication skills.
- The ability to lift and carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift.
- Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays, evenings and days.
