JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them to the appropriate parties
* Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
* Maintain office phone lists and other internal employee checklists
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail and Express packages
* Photocopying and scanning
* Collating marketing materials and binding presentations
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Excellent communication skills
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
* Attention to detail
* Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Ability to work independently
* Exercise good judgment in maintaining confidentiality.
