DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist guests at all times.
2. Receive monies and handle change in a quick and accurate manner.
3. Follow all company procedures involving gaming regulations.
4. Help barbacks with cleaning and stocking.
5. Serve cocktail in the proper glassware utilizing a shot glass at all times.
6. Keep station clean during shift.
7. Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.
8. Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
PHYSICAL - Must be able to:
1. Stand, walk, bend or stoop for long periods of time.
2. Tolerate noisy environment.
3. Tolerate large crowds.
4. Must be able to see.
5. Hear. Can be augmented with a hearing aid.
6. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 (fifteen) pounds.
7. Climb steps repeatedly.
MENTAL - Must be able to:
1. Communicate verbally, clearly and articulately.
2. Read, write and comprehend.
3. Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, and other instructions.
4. Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
Qualifications:
PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous bartender experience required. Must have an outgoing personality and be neat and clean in appearance.
GAMING:
Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
