We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Production Control Supervisor.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Clearwater, FL area manufacturing company is looking for someone who excels as a Production Supervisor. The position would oversee up to 20 employees in fast paced machine shop environment. This is a second shift position. Machinist experience a strong plus.

Duties include:
Hands on supervision of a team of 20 skilled machinists and machine operators.
Work with a variety of personality types, lead and direct according to company policies in a fair manner.
Understand CNC and manual machining
Know how to use measurement equipment for quality control of parts.
Requirements Include:
Previous manufacturing experience including machine operation.
2 or more years supervising a group of employees.
Machining experience basic but enough to understand the processes.
Strong math and mechanical knowledge.
