  • We have an opening for a full-time Admin, Office Personnel-Hourly position.
  • Location: Coffee Distributing Corp. 200 Broadway, Garden City Park, NY 11040. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday; 8:30am to 4:30pm.
  • Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of inside sales and account maintenance.

Summary: ACT AS LIASON BETWEEN COMPANY AND CUSTOMERS TO DEVELOP BUSINESS, RETAIN BUSINESS AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Place a minimum of 60 calls per day to current customers to develop business.
  • Report all necessary company updates (problems, computer info update).
  • Report consistent problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor equipment and upsell equipment products.
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and maintaining archive.
  • Assist sales reps with questions and issues.
  • Work on Special Projects given the Customer Relations Manager
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
