About this job

These reps will be taking inbound calls from customers who have a Health Savings Account (HSA). The HSA is a method to compliment the high deductible insurance plan from your employer, giving you money to spend on medical expenses. The customers will be calling in with questions on their card, their account, or their balance. They may be calling in to set up an account also. There are not a lot of angry customers in this department, most of the calls are inquiries. There is no sales, or upselling at all in this position.

* handling complex and high level account calls
* providing information about the Health Savings Account (HSA) product
* answering questions such as HSA balance, investment elections, and qualified medical expenses
* processing investment election changes and transfers of mutual funds
* providing mutual fund information such as performance, holdings, investment objectives
* providing information about contributions to and distributions from the HSA
* meeting department expectations around few errors, time on the phone, attendance, call quality/ customer focus, schedule adherence, and follow- through
