About this job

We are looking for a full-time office assistant to perform a variety of tasks to support a sales and service rep company. Tasks include, but are not limited to, answering and directing all incoming calls, greeting and assisting all visitors, data entry, inside sales, travel arrangements, catering orders, filing, etc. Experience using Sage Peachtree software is a plus. Candidates must be dependable and on-time attendance is required. Professional and personal references will also be required.
