RF Radio Engineer needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.
Top Skills You Should Possess:
- RF radio experience
- RF electronic subsystem fabrication including antennas
- RF broadcast engineering
- High standard of workmanship
- Digital Transmission experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Fabricate electronic sub systems, e.g. switch boxes, custom interfaces, cables etc.
Set up and build antennas or auxiliary equipment used to transmit and receive radio waves.
Install all necessary transmission equipment components, including antennas or antenna mounts, surge arrestors, transmission lines, connectors, etc.
Complete reports related to project status, progress, or other work details, using computer software.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
High level of knowledge of electronics, two way radio, transmission systems, and related equipment.
Proficient in the use of programming and bench service tools related to radio systems.
Proficient in the use of analytical equipment related to radio systems.
Self-managing and responsible, accountable for tasks and schedules.
Proficient in soldering and fabrication of coaxial cable assemblies.
B.S. Electrical Engineering preferred
