A Collections Call Center in Chandler, Arizona is currently hiring 20 CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES!!
To be considered for this position candidates must have customer service experience, call center preferred.
High school Diploma or GED required
Looking for customer service call center, retail, or restaurant experience.
Must be available M-F from 8am-8pm and 1 Saturday a month.
The Customer Service Collections Representative is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect and resolve delinquent accounts in order to alleviate further action.
This team member has contact with customers, as well as other Company departments, repossession agents, and other outside agencies.
