We have a full-time opening for a Residential House Cleaner - Full-Time - Start at $11/hour.

Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays.

Job Description:

* This is a long-term, consistent, full-time, year-round, day job with the Valley's premier housecleaning service.

* We clean homes Monday through Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to ~5 p.m., starting at our North Phoenix office.

Job Benefits: * Great Pay. * Weekly paychecks. * No Nights or Weekends.

* Full-time, Regular Hours. * Paid holidays and earned paid time off

* Start at $11/hr. * Raise to $11.50/hr after two weeks * Raise to $12/hr after passing "Certified Professional Housecleaner Training," typically 45-60 days.

* Bonus program: rewarding attendance, quality, efficiency and professionalism.

* Raise opportunity every 90 days. * Opportunity to move up to trainer, quality coach or manager position.

Job Requirements: * Exemplary Attendance. This is full-time work. We expect you to arrive at work, on-time, every day. * Detail-oriented with pride in your work. * Ability to balance quality with speed of cleaning. * Valid driver's license * An insured, clean, operable vehicle you can drive during work. * Must pass a background check. * Positive attitude and the ability to learn. * Ability to take direction and work well with others in a team environment. * This is a physical job; you will be active all day with light lifting (less than 20 lbs).
