No previous experience required but customer service skills a must. Our procedures require 4 positions to be filled throughout the oil change process. This can be done with one or multiple employees. Each position has its unique responsibilities, from changing filters and draining oil, to checking fluids, tire pressure, computer data entry and customer interactions. Each technician is trained in all 4 positions and will rotate those positions throughout the day. Our unique drive thru oil change means that the customer will see and interact with you no matter which position you are currently holding.
