Inside Sales Representative/ Sales Support

Our client, an international Freight-Forwarding and Logistics company is looking for an energetic individual to join their team of Inside Sales Representatives to assist in Account Management, Order Processing, Customer Support, and Business to Business Customer Service.

Must-Haves:

• Completed Bachelor Degree
• 1-3 Years of Office or Administrative experience
• Great communication skills
• Microsoft Excel proficiency

Job Description:

• Performing service contract preparation, filing, & amendment
• Assist with inside sales support to the sales directors, regional sales managers and account executives
• Coordinating with Customer Service & Operation Divisions to provide quick response to meet the request of urgent assistance from service contract customers
• Providing analysis on market trends through analysis of export bookings
• Calculation and maintenance of weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales service contract production reports
• Coordination of rate requests
• Updating and organization of all weekly trade meetings distributed to sales
• Tracking and recording of sales expense budgets
• Announcements and notifications to national customer base
