Providence is calling an Administrative Assistant (0.2 FTE, Days) to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who enjoys customer interactions and multi-tasking to provide administrative support.
In this position you will:
Create a friendly and cooperative atmosphere for visitors, hospital personnel and medical staff members.
Respond to inquiries; maintain documents, patient files and data base records.
Type correspondence and other material.
Arrange meetings and appointments.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to create a friendly and cooperative atmosphere for visitors, hospital personnel and medical staff members
Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
Accurate typing/keyboarding skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Previous administrative experience
Medical terminology
