Job Description
We have an Equipment Operator 1 positions available in Fulfillment. This position will be responsible for operating the D250 Conflex Shrink Wrapper to process daily work. Duties include: machine setup, utilizing job jackets/ IPM s to locate specified material, loading MRDFs to process file based products. Monitoring process, performing routine maintenance and repairs. Works under direct supervision, receiving detailed instruction on work.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm -- 11:00 pm., mandatory overtime required and must be available to work extended overtime during month end/ quarter end process (to include weekends and holidays).
Required Qualifications
6+ months of equipment operation experience
Desired Qualifications
Good communication skills Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Ability to operate simple machines and perform basic maintenance/repairs Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to achieve high production and quality standards Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
