*Qualifications Should Include:*
* Professional working manner with 2 YRS. MINIMUM customer service experience (Prior elevated customer service call center experience and/or training required)
* GREAT phone disposition
* E-Commerce/Online Retail and/or catalog retailer service experience a huge plus
* Must be able to type 55 WPM
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Can work productively with minimal supervision and EXECUTE our customer evangelist strategies
* Computer, Internet & Social Media (Twitter, Facebook) Savvy
* Should be able multi-task effectively
*Duties Will Include:*
* Provide world class phone support to our customers
* Provide email and chat support as needed
* Identifying customer friction points and developing systems to improve customer experience
* Utilizing social media tools and working with marketing team to bridge the gap between customer engagement and brand advocacy
*Education and Work Experience:*
* High School Diploma
* Professional Customer Service Training, call center or equivalent experience in online retail CS a HUGE plus
* Knowledge of cell phone industry a HUGE plus
