Management positions require a minimum of six months experience in a management position and prior work experience in the quick service industry. Prior McDonald’s experience a plus. Excellent communication and interaction skills are a must, as well as organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work in a variety of situations is required. Managers must be willing to transfer to different locations if needed and must be willing to work a variety of shifts.
Quick service management experience helpful and/or required.
