Looking for a Customer Service Rep for the department.
Candidate will be taking customer service calls from customers and distributors. They will be looking up inventory on Plug Gauge Sizes and parts. they will then look up to see if it's in the inventory, if so they will make the order. If not the will schedule an order, Create a work order and enter in the information to their MRP inventory system. T
hey will coordinate orders with the distributors as well.
