Grosse Pointe Business seeks an RN to work part time with a local home care company.
Duties to include:
Home Care Preferred. Part Time hours are currently defined as 15-20 hours per week. Hours vary according to company needs.
Duties to include:
- Assessing clients at the beginning of service
- Developing a plan of care with follow up visits to ensure quality service is provided.
- Communicating concerns to office, families, or other health care providers.
- Provide periodic training sessions for company caregivers as needed
- Complete quarterly caregiver evaluations.
- Introduce new CAREGivers as needed to clients.
- As needed, meet with potential clients to explain care program customized to their needs.
Home Care Preferred. Part Time hours are currently defined as 15-20 hours per week. Hours vary according to company needs.
