Overview:
ReNu Painting is currently hiring Canvassers. This is a door-to-door marketing position with the ultimate goal of scheduling free estimates with residential homeowners. The number one painting company is looking to add motivated, ambitious canvassers to our door to door marketing team. We are searching for part-time or full-time, long term employees willing to go the extra mile and strive to reach their full potential. Canvassers earn $15.00/lead with the opportunity to grow into managing your own team of canvassers. Top canvassers who are willing to go the extra mile will have the opportunity to go into Sales and Estimating. Our canvessar typically expects an average of at least $30/hr. This position includes:
- Commission pay rate of $15.00/lead
- Advancement opportunities (i.e. sales & estimating, team leaders, etc)
Qualifications:
Successful candidates MUST:
- Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed
- Must have reliable transportation to get to/from our office on work days
