Knoxville, TN call center for multiple Customer Service opportunities.

These career positions start at a pay rate of $13.00/hr –

with shift differentials, language premiums, and

competitive benefits available.

Set schedules are provided with 40 hour work weeks.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls from existing customer base  (no sales / no collections)
• Troubleshooting customer concerns and providing customer specific problem resolutions
• Providing quality customer service and maintaining accurate customer records

These positions require a HS Diploma or GED and are perfect for individuals that enjoy working on the computer and talking on the phone!
