Job Title:  Catering Manager

The Chickery is a fast casual restaurant on the cutting edge of the rapidly growing better chicken segment.  The Chickery’ s menu was created by renowned celebrity chef and Food Network star, David Adjey, offering, tasty roasted chicken, sandwiches, salads, chicken fingers and feathers, and sides.  We are committed to an upbeat work environment where all team members have an opportunity to thrive and grow their careers.

Duties will include:

• Introduce our menu and food sampling to local businesses and residents.


• Capturing new and repeat catering sales.


• Assist with preparation before and after events.


• Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding current and future orders.


• Attend to customers over the phone and walk-ins.


• Up-sell and promote during each order.


• Menu drops, provide in-house sampling, catering promotion.


• Provide support in-house.

Compensation:

• Base salary commensurate with experience


• Base Range: $30k-$40k
